The business traces its roots back to Trep's Consulting, founded by Michael's grandfather William Treptow. While the company has changed over time, the original name remains as a tribute to his legacy of service and professionalism.

Today, Trep's Brailler Repair operates as part of Hope Braille LLC, a family-run organization run by Amy Mitchell. Our mission is simple: provide expert repairs, honest services, and dependable results so every braillewriter we handle will continue to perform with precision and reliability.
